About the Journal

IUS REMEDIUM is a peer-reviewed journal publication media published by the Faculty of Law, Yapis University, Papua, Indonesia. Published twice a year, in May and November. This journal provides direct open access to content by prioritizing the principles of scientific development in legal studies. Manuscripts published through a double-blind peer-review process. Therefore, the decision to accept or reject a scientific manuscript is the right of the Editorial Board based on the recommendations of peer reviewers. This scientific legal journal has a unique focus on the study of the realm of justice through the concept of returning rights, emphasizing the context of global law. Our journal is dedicated to advancing multidisciplinary studies that investigate the intricacies of justice, exploring its various dimensions in the national and international landscape. We welcome careful research and innovative perspectives on legal aspects as a solution in restoring the rights of legal subjects through legal objects. Our commitment is to foster a comprehensive understanding of justice issues, providing a platform for in-depth analysis that goes beyond traditional boundaries. Please read and understand the author guidelines for manuscript preparation. Authors submit manuscripts to the editor and must follow the author guidelines and templates. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines and all that is completely specified in the writing template, the editorial team has the right to reject the manuscript. The Editorial Team will only accept manuscripts that meet the specified format requirements. All submissions must be made through the system provided by the online journal system, or we do not accept submissions via email. There is no (request for) Letter of Acceptance made by the editor, and is only issued in the form of notification of papers received through the journal system.
